Volodymyr and the crew
My name is Volodymyr and I run Vlade & Co. I am from Ukraine and I have worked in construction my whole working life — first for others, then for myself here in Stockholm.
I started the company because I had seen too many builds end the same way: the schedule that slips, the crew swapped out halfway, the invoice that does not match what you were promised. It can be done differently, and it takes no more than keeping your word.
Behind every job is my crew, and me with them — tradespeople I have worked with for years and trust: tiling, carpentry, electrics and plastering. I run the work on site and put my own hands to it. That is why we can keep up the pace without it showing in the result.
Four steps, no surprises
We talk
Call and tell us what you want done, or what has gone wrong. You get a few questions back and a first idea of what the work involves. The call costs nothing.
We come out
At your place we measure up, look over what we are working with and work out how long the job will take. You get that figure before we start.
We build
You are told which days we are at your place and how far the work has got. The same tradespeople come back each day, from the first to the last.
We walk through
Before we leave we go through the work with you. If something did not turn out as you intended, we put it right.
