What it costs

Pricing

The hourly rate is here so you can work out the cost before you call. Below it is what the figure covers and what comes on top.

Materials sit outside the hourly rate, the ROT deduction comes off the labour cost, and we agree any travel beyond Greater Stockholm before the work starts.

The hourly rate

The rate is per tradesperson

We are tilers, carpenters, electricians and plasterers — each a specialist in their own part. The rate is the same whichever of us is standing in your house.

Two tradespeople on an eight-hour day means sixteen hours on the invoice — two times eight. We tell you how many of us it will take, and for how many days, before the work starts.
