The hourly rate is here so you can work out the cost before you call. Below it is what the figure covers and what comes on top.
Materials sit outside the hourly rate, the ROT deduction comes off the labour cost, and we agree any travel beyond Greater Stockholm before the work starts.

The rate is per tradesperson
We are tilers, carpenters, electricians and plasterers — each a specialist in their own part. The rate is the same whichever of us is standing in your house.
Two tradespeople on an eight-hour day means sixteen hours on the invoice — two times eight. We tell you how many of us it will take, and for how many days, before the work starts.
From hours to final figure
Here is a worked example of 48 hours. You get your own price after the site visit, once we know how long the work will take.
30% comes straight off the invoice
When you renovate, rebuild or extend, you get a tax reduction of 30% of the labour cost. We take it off the invoice directly and handle the application to the Swedish Tax Agency — you neither front the money nor fill in any forms.
Tell us what you want done
Call and describe what you want done. A single door counts as much as a whole house. If you would rather write, the form is on the contact page.
