Short and plain: we collect only what you write to us yourself, and we use it only to reply.

What we collect
What you type into the contact form: name, phone number, email address, town and your description of the project, along with any photographs you choose to attach. We also store your IP address with the enquiry, so that we can stop abuse of the form.
Why
So that we can answer your enquiry and give you an estimate. We do not use the data for anything else, and we never sell or pass it on.
How long
If the enquiry does not lead to a job, we delete it within twelve months. If it does, we keep the data for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies and keep no visitor statistics. The fonts load from our own server rather than from Google. The contact page is the exception: it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to judge whether the form is being filled in by a person. It receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser, sets no cookies, and is used neither for advertising nor to follow you between sites. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from automated spam.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected and to have it erased. Contact us and we will arrange it. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
