Builders in Bromma

Ålsten, Äppelviken and Nockeby were laid out as garden suburbs in the 1920s and 30s, and much of the original is still standing. Windows, glazing bars and panelling are part of how the house reads from outside — fit something that almost matches and it shows from the street.

Riddarholmen, Stockholm

A terrace that was about to give way

The decking had rotted down to the joists and water was sitting against the sheet metal. We stripped it back to the base, replaced the bearers, re-sealed it and laid new decking. The view was the only thing we kept.
